Shipping and Handling

Preorders

Preorders will be shipped as according to the shipment info given on the listing. If you want your order by a specific date, make sure you check the shipping estimate on the listing, because it can take a few months. The info provided on the listing is an estimation, and may change based on delays in receiving the product! I'll be sure to post updates about any preorder delay information on my instagram @alanazing.

**DISCLAIMER** Please order preorders separately from other items. If you order preorder items with other items, they will all be shipped together when the preorder item is available.

When will I receive my order?

Preorders - These will take a while! Check the shipping info provided on the product listing for more details, plus my instagram @alanazing for any known delays!

Clay Items - All clay products should be shipped out within 3-5 business days, as long as they aren't preorder items.

Manufactured Designs - Any designs that were manufactured (for example, enamel pins) and not preordered should ship out within 1-3 business days.

**DELIVERY** - The times provided above are based on when your order will be processed and handed off to the proper mail carrier. From there, you will have to use the tracking information provided for information on delivery date estimates. Please note: once the package is handed off to the mail carrier, I am no longer responsible for any delays, which unfortunately means I can't do anything about late packages once they leave my office!

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, or other fees applied by your country that you are responsible for.

There may be delays as some items are held up in customs for various reasons, so if you need your order by a certain date, order in advance!

Almost all international orders arrive within 30 days of being handed off to the mail carrier, though the most likely timeframe will be around 1-2 weeks.

Missing Packages

If your package goes missing, there are a few things you could do that will help find your package! Unfortunately, I cannot replace packages that have gone missing.

1. Ask neighbors if they have received a package or know of a package that was delivered in your name. If you live in an apartment, ask your building's mail sorting facility.

2. Check your doorbell camera or other home security cameras to see if the package was properly dropped off.

3. Contact your local post office. The postmaster at your local post office has a lot of information on packages during transit that they can release to you, such as the GPS location of a package when it was marked as delivered.

4. Your international package may be held at customs! Contact the proper local agency to check if your package is still being processed at an international facility.

Package returned to sender

If your package was unable to deliver and happens to return back to me, I'll do my best to send it back out to you. Submit a form through the "Contact" page, and I'll locate your order based on your contact info and see if I can find the package.
